🧵 How to Measure Your Wrist
You can measure your wrist easily using a thick thread and a ruler:
- Wrap the thread around your wrist so that it fits comfortably.
- Mark the point where it overlaps with a pen.
- Lay the thread flat and measure the length between the marks using a ruler.
Note: There should be no gap between the thread and your wrist. This is your wrist circumference. Alternatively, you can use a measuring tape.

- Very slim individuals (up to 1.70 m tall) usually wear size S.
- Athletic individuals (1.70 – 1.80 m) typically wear size M or L.
- Broad or very fit individuals (1.70 – 1.90 m) usually need size L or XL.

Armbänder sind so wie sie im Shop beschrieben wurden. Gute wertige Verpackung. Starker Magnet. Man sollte eine Nummer größer nehmen wenn es Luft am Arm haben möchte ansonsten sitzen sie fest am Arm, ich Magen lieber wenn sie locker am Arm sitzen..
