Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email) sent to:

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Notes

  • Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories if possible.
  • Use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
  • Do not return goods freight collect (unpaid).
  • The points above (1–3) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
  • Discounted items cannot be returned.
