What do you mean by "Handmade"?
When we say "Handmade," we mean that each bracelet is crafted entirely by hand — no machines involved. Every piece is unique and made to last a lifetime.

What size do I need?
You can find the right size here: Size Guide

Can I wash the bracelets?
Yes – they are resistant to sweat and dirt. We recommend cleaning them 1–2 times per month with warm water. Avoid saltwater. If exposed, rinse with clean water immediately.

Can I order a bracelet as a gift?
Absolutely – all our products come beautifully packed. Invoices are only sent via email.

Where can I find more information about the products?
On each product page you’ll find all the details: description, features, images. If you still have questions, feel free to contact our support team.

The product I'm looking for is out of stock :(
Many of our items are limited or seasonal. Check back regularly — sometimes items are just temporarily unavailable.

What if my order is missing or contains wrong items?
Contact us at office@seakignbracelets.com with your order number and a photo (under 1 MB). We’ll solve it quickly.

How do I know my order was successful?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and full details.

I want to change my order. What should I do?
You can request changes until 12:00 noon the next day. Email us directly.

How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations are possible until 12:00 noon the day after placing the order. After that, unfortunately, it’s too late.

Is my payment secure?
Yes – we use AES-256 encryption and secure payment gateways for maximum safety.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder. If it’s missing, contact us and we’ll resend it.

Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, just make sure to enter the correct delivery address at checkout.

What’s the return and exchange policy?

Damaged or lost items?
Send us a photo before returning the item. We require tracked returns for any replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping to our warehouse in Austria is paid by the customer. Once received, you’ll get:
- A replacement: Delivered within 2–5 business days.
- A refund: Credited back within 2–5 business days.
