🧵 How to Measure Your Wrist
You can measure your wrist easily using a thick thread and a ruler:
- Wrap the thread around your wrist so that it fits comfortably.
- Mark the point where it overlaps with a pen.
- Lay the thread flat and measure the length between the marks using a ruler.
Note: There should be no gap between the thread and your wrist. This is your wrist circumference. Alternatively, you can use a measuring tape.
