We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placing your order and shipped the next day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time may take more than 3 business days.

Once you have received your shipping notification, delivery information can no longer be changed. Incorrect information results in the loss of any claim for replacement or refund.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to pick up your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Products
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you can request a replacement or refund. Please send us a photo of the product in its received condition before returning it. Always use a tracking number for returns.
Possible Fees to be Covered
Return shipping costs to our German warehouse must be paid by the customer.
After receiving the return, you will receive a replacement product (delivery 2-5 business days) or a refund (credited within 2-5 business days).
